TERMS & CONDITIONS
Wedding Makeup Bookings
To secure your booking for your preferred Wedding date a non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required. I will email to confirm safe receipt of the payment and confirm that your date has been held. This deposit is deducted from the final fee.
Payment
Payments will be accepted via online Bank Transfer or cash if preferred.
Wedding bookings will only be confirmed and date held once the £100 deposit has been received.
Payment must be paid 28 days before the wedding date by bank transfer or before the makeup begins on the day if paying by cash. If cash is preferred please inform me prior to when the balance is due.
Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to inform me of any potential issues, such as medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. I cannot be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by you if you have not informed me of any known conditions as stated above, or any conditions unknown to you at the time of the service.
I reserve the right to cancel the booking if the behaviour of a Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if a Client reports a condition that I deem as a risk to the Clients health and well-being. In these case’s any payments that have already been made are non-refundable.
I Love It Laura Responsibility
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your booking due to illness, injury, personal emergency or any circumstance beyond my control, I will inform you at your earliest convenience and endeavour to find a replacement makeup artist of a similar standard. This cannot, however, be guaranteed and if I am unable to find a replacement you will receive a full refund, less any trial costs.
Cancellations
You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any point, but 8 weeks notice must be given for cancellations otherwise the balance will be due in full.
If you need to cancel your booking due to circumstance out of your control (for example a local lockdown). In this instance, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date without charge, although additional costs may apply (inflation/different year) and providing I am available on the new date. If I am unavailable on the new date, your booking fee deposit will be retained to cover administration time and loss of date cost.
Cancellations for Beauty Treatments – Bookings that are cancelled less than 48hrs will incur 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel on the day you will be charged 75% of the treatments. Changing treatments last minute may also incur charges if there is a significant difference to the amount of time booking was made for.
Travel Expenses (Non-Weddings)
Travel expenses are incurred for bookings outside a 10-mile distance from my address. I charge a rate of 55p per mile outside the 10-mile road distance from my address and this is based on the return journey. Distances are calculated using an online journey planner and travel expenses will be quoted and agreed prior to booking.
Where travel to locations within the London Congestion Charge Zone, at times when the Charge is in operation, the London Congestion Charge fee will be added to the Fee.
Please make sure that there is easy access to your home/venue and there will be suitable parking available. Any parking charges will need to be notified to myself before arrival and paid for by the client.

Travel expenses are incurred for bookings outside a 20-mile distance from my address. I charge a rate of 55p per mile outside the 20-mile road distance from my address and this is based on the return journey. Distances are calculated using an online journey planner and travel expenses will be quoted and agreed prior to booking.
Where travel to locations within the London Congestion Charge Zone, at times when the Charge is in operation, the London Congestion Charge fee will be added to the Fee.

For destination weddings airport transfers, both in the UK and abroad, flights and accommodation should all be provided.
Cancellations for bookings where travel and/or accommodation expenses have been paid for by me and are non-refundable by the travel/accommodation provider(s) will incur full reimbursement from the client.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available. They are valid for six months from the date of issue and are not transferable. Once a date has been reserved for the gift voucher service it can only be amended once.
Photography & use of
Images & Privacy Data Protection
Photographic/video images of the Yourself, Party and/or Event will not be used in any of my promotional material or social media unless you express permission to do so.
Information collected from you will be stored safely and is used to carry out your instructions or to contact you. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. By Law, it is required to keep records, and this includes personal data. Your personal data is stored securely and is not visible to anyone other than myself at any time. These records are kept for six years, after which time if you are no longer a client, your personal data will be destroyed.
Changes to Services & Prices
Prices for treatments and services are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service at any time without notice.
Additional Important Details
Maximum time allocation for trials - the maximum time that I spend on any one trial is 2 hours. Any additional time required for trial sessions will have to be booked as a repeat trial.
Repeat trials - If a second makeup trial is requested the same fee applies as for the first trial.
Assistants - If the bridal party is large and the start time of the wedding is early then another makeup artist will be booked to assist me. I only use my own assistants which are of the same standard. The assistant is booked for an additional cost of £50.
Makeup for younger members of the Party - makeup for members of the Party who are up to 12 years old are complimentary. This will only include lip gloss, blusher, and shimmery eyeshadow application. If a more complete makeup service is required, the full bridesmaid’s price will apply.
